Application Form (AF) may be obtained from the KESC website (www.kesc.com.pk) or at any KESC business office. The application may be made online from your computer or mailed, sent by courier or brought in by hand to any of the Centralized New Connection Centers (CNCC). The documents listed in the form will need to be attached to the application.

To expedite the online application process, the documents may be scanned and attached to the application. However, the said documents (original proof of ownership/NOC from Owner for tenants and the payment receipt; attested copies of other documents) need to be scanned along with new connection application for verification at the CNCC (Centralized New Connection Centre).

CNIC
Payment Receipt
NOC from Owner (In case of tenants)
Proof of ownership
EIK Test Form
Last paid bill (in case of tapping meter)

The amount of Security Deposit and Estimates for the connection can be worked out from the tables provided as per customer load requirement, MCB size and cable size for the type of service and category of customer. This amount needs to be paid at the authorized branches of NADRA e-Sahulat after filling in the attached Payment Invoice stubs.

The payment receipt obtained from NADRA e-Sahulat is to be attached with the AF and requisite documents before submission of the AF.
